The Spanish Lawyer

Your Spanish lawyer may avoid you complicated and time-wasting “red tape” of any kind. He may act on your behalf while you are outside Spain, and he may also act as representative in Spain.

Litigation costs

All court procedures involve costs. The final jugdment determines the litigation costs, which are normally to be borne by the unsuccessful party.
